Tilt-and-Turn Hinged Window Hardware

The espagnolette used in VORNE Opening Systems allows the window sash to be opened and closed easily with a single lever movement. Thanks to the adjustment points on the espagnolette, it provides an energy-efficient and noise-free living space with high thermal and sound insulation by adjusting the gasket pressure.

By applying optional mushroom head points on the espagnolette, it provides comprehensive security for your windows with fully secure systems.

The VORNE Corner element creates a stronger connection when attached to the gear wheel thanks to the Zamak clip integrated into the system for easy assembly. The lever movement is transmitted thanks to 3 steel leaf springs.

In addition to the standard pin, mushroom head pins are used for optional safety, providing complete security.

150 mm Grooved Contact Point, twisted from the movable blade. A sash seating tab is provided to prevent the sash from sagging and to position it vertically correctly.

For gasket pressure adjustment, there is a ±0.8 mm adjustment possibility, totaling 1.6 mm, on the locking pin. With specially added fins, it can be installed without the need for a holder. There are two different models for short and long blades.

When the lever is operated in the locking direction, the sash is pulled into the casing. Thanks to the high-strength locking slots and bent short-frame blade, pressure is applied sequentially and gradually with pointed pins and open-mouth slots. When in the vent position, a wind safety device prevents impact caused by wind.

Thanks to the plastic clip, the espagnolette does not return after being placed on the channel, allowing it to be easily detached. To ensure durability in heavy sashes, the hinge connecting part is made of 4 mm thick steel plates. With the priority hinge option, the sash opens in the vent position by rotating the handle 90 degrees, making your living spaces safer.

There are 3 steel leaf springs in the guide to provide motion transmission. A one-piece eccentric locking pin is used to achieve the theoretical sealing pressure in practice.

For gasket pressure adjustment, there is a ±0.8 mm adjustment possibility, totaling 1.6 mm, on the locking pin. Flat pin and mushroom head options are available. For easy assembly, especially in automated machines, thanks to the Zamak clip, it does not return when connected to the espagnolette channel.

There is a negative sash espagnolette rod, which is used with the espagnolette in the middle of the lever. Optionally, it can be used with the top and bottom cartridge screws or corner elements.

To protect the grooved espagnolette joint and reduce friction between the fixed and moving blades, there is a break on the fixed blade.

VORNE Misuse Safety ensures safer use of the window and door system: it prevents potential accidents by stopping the door or windows from falling in the tilt position. It provides a longer lifespan and increased safety for the system.

To extend the lifespan of your window, the frame stop limits the cover opening to a 90-degree angle and prevents sudden impacts caused by external factors from damaging the system. It is suitable for use on PVC, wood, and aluminum profiles.
